We make every effort to accurately reflect yarn colors. Since most of the yarns we offer are hand dyed, and because computer monitors display color differently, there may be some inconsistencies.
We accept Visa , Mastercard, and Discover. If you are not comfortable entering your credit card information online, just call us at 240-357-4232. We are happy to assist you with your order.
All orders ship USPS Priority Mail. We will ship your order within three business days, sometimes sooner. If there is a question about your order, or an item is out of stock, we will contact you via email and/or telephone. Please make sure you provide a correct email and phone number. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. The Knot House is not responsible for lost shipments.
We are happy to ship internationally, just call us at 240-357-4232 and we will do our best to provide shipping rates and assist you.
Orders in the State of Maryland will be charged Maryland Sales Tax. Orders outside the State of Maryland will not be charged Sales Tax.
We are happy to accept returns on yarn for store credit within 60 days of purchase if unused, in original condition, and with the original receipt. We ask that you email us at email@example.com prior to sending your return.
A store credit will be issued when your return is received. Return shipping charges are not refundable, unless your order was filled incorrectly. We cannot assume responsibility for exchanged items lost or damaged in shipping.

Please register in-store or call us at (240)-357-4232. To reserve your spot, you must pay in full at the time of registration. In the event the class is cancelled or rescheduled, we will notify you as soon as possible and given a full refund or the opportunity to enroll in another session.
In the event that you need to cancel your registration, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can offer the class to someone else. Store credit will be given to those that cancel within at least 5 days prior. Cancellations made with less than 5 days notice are not refundable.
We try to be flexible and will handle any missed classes on a case by case basis.
